Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Alam Nashrah Laka Sadrak. Wawazanaa anka wizrak. Allazi anqaza zahrak. Warafana laka zikrak. Fa inna ma al usre yusra. Inna ma al usre yusra. Fa iza faraghta fansab. Wa ila rabbika farghab.

English Translation:

“Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?And We removed from you your burdenWhich had weighed upon your backAnd raised high for you your repute.For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].And to your Lord direct [your] longing.”

Urdu Translation:

شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان، نہایت رحمت کرنے والا ہے۔ اے محمد! صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم! کیا ہم نے تمہارا سینہ نہ کھول دیا؟ اور تم پر سے بوجھ بھی اُتار دیا؟ جس نے تمہاری پیٹھ توڑ رکھی تھی۔ اور ہم نے تمہارے لئے تمہارا ذکر بلند کیا۔ ہاں ہاں، مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے۔ بیشک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے۔ تو جب فارغ ہو جاؤ تو عبادت میں محنت کرو اور اپنے پروردگار کی طرف متوجہ ہو جاؤ۔
